A simple revision loop you can repeat each week.
  1. Learn one topic from the content map.
  2. Do mixed question blocks, not just your favourite subject.
  3. Write one line for every wrong answer.
  4. Use UK guidance (NICE, BNF, CKS) as your source of truth.
  5. Sit a timed full paper in the last weeks.

A sample four-week rhythm

  • Weeks 1 to 2: mixed question blocks, plus notes on every miss.
  • Week 3: target your weakest content-map areas.
  • Week 4: one or two full timed papers, then light review.

Habits that help

  • Study in short, regular sessions rather than one marathon.
  • Practise with other students and explain answers aloud.
  • Sleep, eat and take breaks. Tired brains guess.

Your checklist

  • Planned weekly question blocks
  • Booked a timed mock
